Katharina is an Experience Design Consultant and Enterprise Designer from Berlin.

In her work she explores the intersections between design and business in disciplines such as experience design, design leadership, organizational design and design strategy. She is specialised in complex applications in verticals such as enterprise software applications, banking and online education.

She is a passionate trainer, speaker and mentor in her field, with a strong ability to lead and excite teams towards a shared goal.

Besides project work, Katharina is developing the Design Leadership Framework to support design leaders and their teams in focusing on the right initiatives.
