2014 – 2017

We supported Toyota's leadership in delivering an ambitious change management program. Following an internal merger and a series of crises, this employee-driven program strives to create a great place to work.

Ambition

We helped Toyota Motor Europe on a multi-year initiative, tackling 3 company-wide challenges:

  • Develop a more creative and collaborative culture and significantly improve the employee experience
  • Trigger changes in management behaviour to advance team performance
  • Reinvent key parts of the business to respond to the challenges of digital transformation

Activities

Work in cross-functional teams:

  • We gathered and mapped quantitative data, engaged staff in two roadshows on various topics
  • In a series of Enterprise Design Sprints we co-created business solutions

Impact

Deploying a platform for change:

  • Several solutions and concepts implemented
