You and Me (YAM) is the social collaboration platform of Deutsche Telekom that enables employees to share knowledge and collaborate. We are working with the You and Me team since 2011. The ecosystem grew more complex over time, involving more stakeholders and departments, distributed development teams, and a continuous delivery model.
Ambition
- A shared vision for the digital workplace in Deutsche Telekom implemented in a product
- A flexible framework to deliver services faster and better aligned with user needs
- Take informed decisions based on employee insights and data
Activities
- We engaged stakeholders in Design Sprints working on new ideas for the organization of their work
- We organized a Design Sprint Camp with 70 participants working on 12 topics to foster exchange between product teams
