He wrote Intersection, a book introducing the Enterprise Design Approach for systemic and holistic design in complex enterprises.
Milan is one of the organizers behind the INTERSECTION Conference series, and worked extensively with Design Sprints to achieve significant impact with limited time and resources, and was among the first Google certified Design Sprint Masters. He is teaching Enterprise Design as part of a Master's Program in Digital Innovation and Transformation at SciencesPo Paris.
